The FUTURE! WE ARE LIVING IT!
Who knew that I could sit thousands of feet up in the air moving at hundreds of miles per hour, and type this...Yep, I'm coming to you from Delta Flight 378. I'm on my way to Bradley International Airport, located in Hartford, CT. To be honest, I'm a very large mixture of emotions. I'm excited to meet my new family. I'm relieved to see Zack. I'm scared for the future. I'm sad to have left Colorado. I'm happy this flight will be over in just over an hour.... see? It's kind of hard to juggle everything all at once.
But wait, this is not what I wanted to talk about! I am just absolutely amazed and thrilled about this GOGO Internet. It is the neatest thing. I'll bet you that just a few years ago, no one even thought about this! I am constantly amazed at how quickly humanity moves forward. We are always coming up with NEW and BETTER technology. I can't wait for the flying cars to finally come around... maybe I'm wishing too hard?
Ok, I'm done ranting and being overly enthralled in this...
Back to the updates...
Well, about $1800 dollars later, Zack's car is being fixed.... I know, you had to look at that number twice didn't you? I did. Yep, apparently the people that fixed it back in Chicago the FIRST time messed things up and made the car even worse. Fancy that. Hopefully we can get a lot of the money back and the car will be fixed and run real well. And on top of that, we are hoping to get money from the government because they didn't have any warning signs or cones for the large pot hole which started this whole mess! Keep your fingers crossed for us. Until next time!

#$%^&*!?
Oh man... What a crazy 2 days! I got a heart-stopping call from Zack Monday afternoon, telling me that he and Rachel had gotten into an accident. I KNOW!!! SCARY RIGHT!? Apparently, he went over a massive pot hole on the freeway and blew out both of his back tires along with something about the alignment of the car? (I don't know what the heck that means, but I know it's bad!) But, along with THAT nightmare, they spun out across the OTHER SIDE OF THE FREEWAY!!! AHHHH!!!!!!! I am just so grateful no one got hurt and they didn't get hit by another car.
Ok, and while I'm venting about this stupid car? I HATE THIS STUPID CAR!!! I'm happy to have a vehicle, but it is just so incredibly stressful because it never works and something is always wrong!!! So much money has been put into it and I cannot WAIT to find a more reliable one.
This situation really reminded me about a Mormon messages video I watched a while ago. It talked about how we need to remember that trials are only fleeting and the light is always at the end of the tunnel. The reason I remembered it though, was because Elder Holland talks about how when he was younger and had a young family, his car also died on him... more than once (looks like I'm not alone after all!)
I strongly believe that we are all capable of getting through hard times, and I myself am proof that there can be light at the end of a long dark tunnel. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful life. My family is so supportive and loving, my husband is the greatest man I know, and I have so many close friends that just make the hard times disappear. So, I guess what I really wanted to say was, yes, the situation I've found myself in the past few days has sucked MAJORLY, but I know that God puts trials in our lives to help us grow stronger. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. And even if I have to push that car to the end of that darn tunnel, I'll do it with a smile on my face, because I know how blessed I really am and I know that tunnels always end!
Just because I thought it was so great, I want to share this video with everyone. ENJOY! Until next time!

COLORADO!!!
There was a change of plans...and 6 hours on a bus, and 10 hours in a car later, I am at the Taylor's house in Colorado Springs!!! I AM HOME! Although the drive was long and hot, it was so worth it. Especially when the smell of rain and pine tree's hit me through the car window. I haven't smelled that in years! ... OK, I'm just babbling now, but it was just good!
I will be staying here in the Springs for the next four days. Then I'll fly to Massachusetts and FINALLY get to see my husband again. I haven't seen him in 24 hours and let me tell you, that is WAY TOO LONG!I haven't been away from him for this long before and it is not fun... OK, OK, I'll stop being mushy...
I'll be sure to get pictures of my time here. OH! I forgot to mention that for the first time in YEARS my old high school group is back together. Me, Beth, Tori, and Tay! I'm excited. Until next time!

2 Days and Counting!
Finally only 2 days left. I didn't think it would be so bad, but this last week has been absolute hell. Just a few of my highlights:
1. My van died
2. I almost missed a final (luckily, I was able to take it and ended up with a B)
3. I have gotten all of 13 hours of restless sleep
4. I'm getting sick
5. I lost my keys
...Just for balance, I'll add 5 good things that have happened to me this week...
1. My hair is now semi-blonde and flaunting an A-line cut and I LOVE it (pictures will be posted soon!)
2. My toes are painted a darling strawberry pink (with orange sparkles I might add)
3. The weather has been gorgeous
4. Zack still loves me (for those of you who have seen how I get when I'm stressed...NOT PRETTY! Not pretty at all!)
5. All my classes are done and over!
I am just so ready to get out of Rexburg. Yes, granted I might end up on the side of the road in the middle of Montana with an overheated engine, but who cares! Just thought I would update. Until next time!

A New Start...
Well, I am not really good at writing on blogs or journals or anything for that matter, but hopefully this will become a daily...weekly thing that I do. The purpose of this blog is to document mine and my husband's new life together. All the ups and downs and turns. It has only been about 3 months since I met Zachary Spencer LeFoll, but I feel like I have known him a lifetime. We met in the hallway of the Rick's building in one of the most bizarre ways. I had just finished my Psychology class and was trying to shake off the stalker that had sat next to me. He followed me out of the classroom and into the hallway, asking a million questions a minute. I was only able to answer ONE of those questions, which happened to be, "Where are you from?" Exasperated, I told him that I had just moved to Rexburg from Norway... At that moment a blonde haired, blue-eyed boy turned around in shock. Looking me up and down he said, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to listen in on your conversation, but did you just say that you were from Norway? I served my mission there!" ...
That was it. We had something in common...I followed him out of the building, making sure I kept my distance from Mr. Creeper. Eventually he left us alone and I was able to focus on Zack. We talked about people we knew and places we had been, and finally (after only 5 minutes) he asked for my number. Smooth huh? We set a date for that Friday.
The next day, Thursday, I received a text during math class from Zack. The text said, "I don't know why, but I am just way excited to go on this date with you. I would love to see you earlier if you're available? Nothing fancy, just a walk?" So, that night we went on a walk up around the temple and out by the stadium. We talked about everything; likes, dislikes, people, places, ect. I could immediately tell that I was going to like this boy. He liked to do almost everything I did! The real kicker though was the fact that he enjoyed cooking just about as much as I did... AND was going into a field that didn't involve "art" or "business." He was smart, and I liked that.
We were together by that Saturday and have been pretty much inseparable since. Yes, we got married fast, but we knew it was the right decision. I love waking up every morning and seeing my best friend. I'm excited to start my life with him and can't wait to see what life has in store for us.
Our plan right now is to finish out this semester at BYUI. We will then be traveling to Massachusetts, where we will live with his Grandma, until coming back to Rexburg in January. The plan is to work and scour around the east coast (since I've never been there) eating seafood, going to baseball games, museums, Broadway, Apple orchards, and a lot more! I'll be sure to document our adventures and try my very hardest to keep this up to date. Until next time!
